Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed understanding of our service menu (training provided) Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the spa Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and organize documents Facilitate communication between English-speaking clients and Mandarin-speaking workers Provide exceptional customer service to both members and guests, fostering lasting relationships
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Highly organized with great attention to detail Strong team player with a positive and energetic attitude Excellent customer service skills Job Types:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
