net Looking for a take-charge office manager with sunshine energy who is passionate about helping as many people as possible with alternative progressive care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a heart-centered person with a talent for marketing and sales.
Front desk, general administration, treatment room preparation and cleaning, and practitioner support.
Duties include scheduling appointments; greeting, checking in, and checking out patients; emailing, texting, and calling patients to fill availability and/or to collect payments; requesting payments by Venmo; processing payments; answering the practitioner's cell phone and responding to texts and emails; facilitating office flow; routine bookkeeping, and running daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and statements; answering basic questions about our services; inviting patient feedback and communicating this to the practitioner; merchandise sales.
Approx.
28 hours/week.
Monday 9am to 6pm Tuesday 9am to 4:
30pm Wednesday 9am to 4:
30pm Thursday and Friday, 2 hours each day, time of day is flexible, sometimes remotely Qualifications 1) Bright, cheery personality with excellent people skills; pleasant, positive, and respectful both in person and on the phone 2) Extremely detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, quick learner, motivated self-starter, resourceful, independent worker, punctual, dependable, honest 3) Absolutely must be able to multi-task, be flexible, efficient, and shift priorities with a calm demeanor in a very fast-paced environment.
Scheduling 40
patient visits a week 4) Must be proficient in desktop Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Tech-savvy with an interest in learning new software.
5) Experience in Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, iPhone, iPad a plus 6) Interest in a healthy lifestyle, healthy living, alternative health care, and a willingness to learn about numerous modalities in order to answer patient inquiry calls 7) Excellent written and verbal communication skills 8) Minimum 1 year admin/office scheduling experience or comparable customer service 9) Bachelor's Degree preferred not required 10) Experience with holistic businesses (acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, massage therapists, energy healers, health/wellness coaches) or experience in a medical office setting preferred 11) Sense of humor, confident, non-judgmental, conscientious, practical, thorough, mature, compassionate, good listener, patient, thoughtful We are a fragrance-free office.
