The restaurant is a homage to authentic Italian cooking and is inspired by the nostalgic meals of his childhood.
Drawing from his years of experience cooking Neapolitan and Roman pizza both in the States, and in Italy, Artisanal pizza will be at the center of da LaPosta.
This pizza will be naturally leavened, created from a 4-year-old starter, and prepared with custom blended organic, whole-wheat flour from Central Milling.
This product is truly a unique blend of both tradition, and innovation.
We are a 70 seat restaurant with 16 Bar seats.
The menu is paired with a Southern Italian wine list and an outstanding bar program.
Responsibilities and Duties da LaPosta is Seeking a full-time professional Bartender.
We specialize in classic and modern cocktails with an Italian twist as well as an Italian wine list, and italian centric spirits program.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for teamwork, education, and genuine hospitality.
A minimum of 1 year previous experience and an interest or knowledge of Italian wines is ideal.
We are looking for individuals who are interested in learning, being challenged, while being part of something special.
