As a host/hostess at Fiorella's, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for guests by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing accurate information about Fiorella's offerings, specials, and loyalty programs.
You will be responsible for completing various tasks throughout each shift, including bagging orders, managing cash/credit card transactions, maintaining cleanliness, seating guests, making reservations for guests, and providing accurate information to our guests.
Your duties will include:
Your primary responsibility is to ensure and provide excellent hospitality and smooth operations in the front of house restaurant with a warm smile!
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to create positive interactions with guests.
Basic writing, reading, math skills, as well as computer and phone proficiency.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
